This past weekend we had lots of friends and family to our house, and had a birthday bash to honor our dear sweet, AlteLu. Pools, balloons, pavers, bagels, music, ice cream cake, and rainbows. AlteLu fully enjoyed being the birthday girl, and was a very gracious host. All of the aunts, uncles, and cousins were there too, which made the day extra special.
This week our two chickadees also started school--the 3's for AlteLu, and 1st grade for HBB. We are grateful for what has been a seamless transition. Although exhausted from the return to the school year pace of life, we know that this will be a good one:)
