Memorial Day & 14 years

This past weekend we officially started summer, with our inaugural trip to the pool (Sender's very first ever), strawberry picking, and plenty of Memorial Day weekend bike rides and veggie burgers.  Aunt Mimi and Daniel made the weekend extra special--all 3 of our kiddos just love them.  On Monday morning the 2 big kids had a special morning with Aunt Mimi and Daniel, while Sender accompanied Jacob and I on our 14th (!) anniversary date.  What a wonderful 14 years of marriage it has been!  On Friday AlteLu will finish OKECC (so bittersweet!), and we will launch into Camp Ima mode for the summer. AlteLu told Jacob that her heart will break because school is ending:( Hersh has two more weeks of school, and Sender is riding the wave that is the life of a third (and very loved) child.  He lights up whenever Hersh and AlteLu are around, and we just love our cherry on top!

2 months!

As May continues to roll along our sweet baby Clover is 2 months (12.9lbs and 25 inches)--and he is a delight!  This weekend we took him on his first "road trip," as Hersh declared, to Rehoboth with the Gratz Family.  Funland and the beach were highlights, with each big kid being big enough to ride the bumper cars!  Sender snoozed, and we all beached it up, with ice cream keeping us fueled.
We are also concluding the school year, and preschool in its entirety for AlteLu.  Truly a bittersweet time.  OKECC has been a wonderful place for our little lady, and she is ready to launch into what comes next!
