We just celebrated RH--5784. It was a lovely Fall holiday, and marked on year since Sharnt passed--very hard to believe. Kids are happy--Nutcracker Season has begun, Hersh will start swim today, and Sender is adjusting to kindergarten. I am grateful and bored, overwhelmed but not stressed out. This must be what middle aged life is--incredible abundance and gratitude combined with the typical day to day. Oh, and yesterday was 24 years of me and Jacob xoxo
It's hard to believe, but the summer is over--and my sweeties are not in kindergarten, 5th, and 8th grade--I can't believe it! Hersh and Lu seem all set to go with another school year, while Sender is tired and a bit unsure about the daily nature of K. He has a lovely class with a fabulous teacher, but still, as he said yesterday, "uch." He also keeps telling me (unprompted) how much he loves home--how cozy and nice it is--I love him! Lu started ballet---3 days/week, and Hersh is eagerly anticipating the start of swim. we also celebrated Lu's bday with a 15 girl sleepunder party!
