Freedom, 15 months (& swim team)

Ahhhhh.....here we are---summer time freedom (and daily swim team)---what we've worked towards alllll year. Days filled with swimming, watermelon, friends, camp prep, and crafting.  The big kids are finding their summertime groove, and I am fully aware of what a gift it is to be with them.  Jacob and I went to two nights of Phish this past weekend--bliss!  Hersh will be at camp for July and he will be sorely missed.  But for now we are enjoying the days together.  Mr. Sweetie Baby turned 15 months old!  Sender is walking and talking, and all of the hippie children enjoyed some homemade kale chips.  And Lu--that girl is full of chatter, tricks, ideas, and laughter!

Last Day!

Well, we made it--last day of K and 3rd!  Both kids had amazing school years and are ready for a fun filled summer.  Hersh presented his state project--Arkansas. We are full on immersed in swim team, had a great day at Flag Pond, and have an almost 15 month old who taking more and more steps each day.  This weekend is Phish(!!!), and next we will pack for HBB to go to HSJ, and for the rest of us to go home to Little Rock:)  Sender currently loves his hooty-hoo owl, and says "owl."  He also loves to read!

Homestretch

We are in the homestretch of the school year with the big kids almost done!  I have eased into my summer schedule and am enjoying my days with Mr Sweetie Baby, who has transitioned to one nap!  Today Yom Sport was rained out:( which Hersh declared, "really sucks--I mean how can they dissappoint 300+ kids?!?!"  Tomorrow is the big state fair presentation.  Everyone is busy with swim team, and will be very happy with the downtime that awaits.
