Hanukah and 16 months

We have enjoyed a joyous Hanukah filled with lights, love, latkes, and sufganiyot....lots of sufganiyot.  Last night we talked with Hersh about giving tzedakah for Hanukah and he decided that he wants to give his tzedakah money to African Animals.  Hersh is also slowly starting to read!  It is amazing!  AlteLu has loved lighting the candles, and has the most adorable "fast walk."  Ain't life grand?
The other thing of note is that AlteLu turned 16 months old, which is just about how old Hersh was when we moved here.  Crazy.
