San Diego & Snow

This past weekend Jacob, Sender, and I went to sunny San Diego!  We had the good fortune of Savta and the Klein's taking care of the big kids.  This was important (and successful) for all involved.  Sender LOVED being the only child and living the "Hersh life" as Jacob called it. Everyone commented how happy and agreeable he is, with people assuming he is our first/only--what a farce!  He uses his "come here" hand for everything, says "laila" "love you" "hallo" "bye" and communicates in lots of ways.  Sender was offered a shot of tequilla, and at the brewery we were told what a fine baby we have:)
AlteLu (who is officially 5 1/2) can read and is so hilarious.  Yesterday on a snowy walk she told me all about how getting messy, wet, and dirty=fun, learning, and playing---brilliant child! Hersh is full of questions, ideas, and information.  He is making a challah board in cubscouts, and reading a book on ADHD because he wants to know more about it.  He started robotics (and AlteLu yoga--which she needed a yoga mat bag for), and although has a bit of teenage grumpiness, is the best person I know:)
