Last day of OKECC for Lu

Today our dear sweet AlteLu finished her time at OKECC.  This is a bittersweet chapter end for us because we have loved our time there and are grateful for the experience that both Hersh and Lu have had. This year was truly magical in the upstairs classroom, with Sharon, Raviv,and Steven. AlteLu made wonderful friends, and truly blossomed.  She is smart, strong, kind, witty, and empathetic. AlteLu has wonderful ideas and is valued by her community.  AlteLu is also able to say when she needs space, needs a break or is annoyed.  This is going to help her immensely.  We love our girl and cant wait to see what comes next--but let's go slowly--can't wait for the summer with my best friend--AlteLu (Hersh and Sender too)!
