Well, RH has passed, the end of September is approaching and it is still so hot! Hot enough that we had an amazing bay day, a full porch of love for RH dinner, and the sweatiest kids coming off the bus. We're delving deeper into bnai mitzvah land and travel plans are taking form. Life is a wild ride and all I can do is hold on tight while the kids grow and grow. Hersh needs to write his first CV, Lu is getting her pointe shoes, and Sender is starting a new swim team--Oy!
Well, I suppose the fact that I havent done a post in September yet, and we are half way through the month, is indicative of how this month has been. The pool is closed, everyone is back in full throttle school and work mode, and we are tired. I am also a little bored--so busy, and so bored. It's a strange intersection. The kids are ok...adjusting to the new pace, activities, expectations. We will all welcome the respite that is Rosh HaShannah, and long for the days of summer to return. I've attended 3/4 BTSN and need a nap:)
