Last week we had the good fortune of travelling to Boston & VT to visit the Wolf Pack and Meg and David---all of whom are our most beloveds! Boston was full of cousin play time, the Science Museum, and Soundbites! Then we drove to VT where there was snow, icy driveways, skiing, and all the friend love we could ask for. The big kids are great skiiers, and Sender is ready for a lesson. Now we chug chug chug ahead, with Purim up next, then Mr. Sweetie Baby's birthday, and Pesach!
I LOVE a good art museum outing. This past Saturday our family skipped shul (shhhh) and went downtown to the National Gallery of Art---it was incredible! All three kids enjoyed the beauty, creativity, and specialness of being surrounded by these classic works. Sender's need to see the Jackson Pollack's was the motivation, but all five of us were enraptured. It was such a pleasure to explore, enjoy, and take it all in. Pastries were consumed, photos takes, and lots of love felt. I am grateful to live in DC--where art is at our fingertips and we can go home for nap:)
