 It's an exciting day to pause and recognize today is the only date like this that will ever happen.  The kids are excited in their own way, having just come off a four day weekend full of family, food, friends, outdoors, and adventures.  As time quickly passes, birthdays and holidays loom ahead.  We have lots of hosting and love to look forward to.  AlteLu turned 8.5 and had her first sleepover, Hersh has been hustling to move into the higher level math class, and Sender is pushing boundaries.  Some days spring is in the air and I can get in an evening walk---exhale....

Skiing!

 It's been a busy and fun few weeks, anchored by ski school for the big kids.  Each week they seem to love it more and more--even though it is so so cold!  Sender has so much to say and we continually try to find space for our dearest 3rd child to speak!  Aunt Mimi gave birth to our newest niece and we are overjoyed!  The big kids continue to thrive and blow us away with their intelligence and kindness.  We had dinner at the diner and enjoyed the juke box.
