8 & DCL!

Our dear sweet lady lover, ALL, has turned 8!  She is a ray of sunshine--kind, smart, strong, adventuresome, silly, and competent.  We are all better for her being our most special lady lover, and I cant wait to see where the next 8 year take her!

 This past weekend we had our final travel of the summer to DCL with the Aplebaums.  We had a lovely long weekend of boating, relaxing, and cousin time.  Sender enjoyed being "with the girls" and as always was shown extra love by the "big boys," not to mention driving Uncle LoLo's boat.  A nap was needed by all upon return, but we are so grateful.  Now the final days of summer are passing and we are working to shift to what comes next...

Lewis Family Vaca 2021!

 We're back from Lewis Family Vaca 2021--another amazing week in OBX.  Lots of sun, sand, bikeriding, drawing, ice cream, bouncy ball making, dancing, laughing, and tye die.  Hersh mad a spotify playlist, AlteLu delighted Reuben, Isaac showed us all how to play bay blades, and Sender got sick:(  He tried to have a good time, and did love swimming in the foam, but poor guy--he's feeling better now and we are glad to be covid free.  This time all together is a gift, and aside from some grumpiness due to broken A/C and slightly uncomfortable beds, we really had the best time!
