There is so much to be said about 2020, with worldwide pandemic at the center of it all. It's beyond crazy that its been almost 10 months, yet here we are healthy, happy, and only a little but bored. I am grateful for our family, our siblings, our house and neighborhood. For the like-minded parents of my children's friends. For mild MD weather. For walks and bike rides around the Mall. For ice water and coffee, audio books, and paint. I am grateful for our jobs that continue to sustain us, for Milton, and for the beauty of the natural world. I am grateful for hot showers and our king sized bed.
And Peter Pan, ballet, minecraft, legos, swimming, and amazing children. When reading Sleeping Beauty, Sender says that the gift the good fairies give to the baby is"Gd." It's amazing to see how Hersh and AlteLu are growing up before our very eyes. Recently Hersh has taken to reading out loud to AlteLu-it is so sweet. And they both take such good care of Sender.
