Just came back from a fabulous July 4th adventure to AR/MS where we did all the Little Rock things---Walmart, tree farm, Lakeside, Temple, Martha's pool, aunts, uncles, Savta, US Pizza, and dropoff at Jacobs. A truly perfect trip filled with all the southern things we love. An especially special part of the trip was Lakeside 4th--turtles via the Matsons, my 3 sweeties swimming in the lake together, Lu and HBB competing in the blindfold canoe race, family uno, and the fireworks--amazing! Lu even predicts that the donut lady in Dumas is engaged bc of her GIANT engagement ring. We're now into the thruple part of our summer--and it's such a gift. Our sweetie Sender and toast w cucumbers for dinner. Hope the big kids are happy--I miss them so!
