2024!

Whoooshhh!   Winter Break came and went, we celebrated Jacob's birthday, and landed in the new year.  For break we first headed down to Little Rock.  It was a long weekend filled with family, love, and many of the familiarities that make Little Rock so special.  We then visited NW AR--Crystal Bridges, Braum's. and the Fairfield Inn that kept us cozy when our flight was cancelled (and not rescheduled) after waiting 6 hours.  Two days later we made it to FL where we biked, swam, celebrated Jacob's birthday, and just enjoyed being the 5 of us.  We brought the New Year in while in a Lyft.  Here we are, easing into what comes  next, with big decisions and transitions ahead.  Hoping for peace, health, and clarity in the coming period of time.

The final night

Hanukah is now over, the Colonial Village project passed, this weekend Hersh is "Orlando" in the school play, and Sender passed his K reading assessment with flying colors!  Winter Break is ahead as well as our Winter Solstice Gathering....whoooshh....onto 2024 indeed!

Hanukah!

We are in the full swing of  Hanukah, and the race to winter break!  We've had lots of nights of joy--friends, family, light, and latkes!  Savta has been with us--a total treat!  We've had a few slow Sunday mornings the past few weekends (no Nutcracker or soccer) and we are appreciative!  We continue to look towards and plan for the coming school year, with so many things up in the air.  Sender is becoming a more confident reader each day, AlteLu preparing for the 5th grade colonial village, and Hersh will perform in the school play this weekend--As You Like It--as Orlando.  Lots of beauty and nachas all around!
