We're racing to the end of December, with so much each day--it's wild! I truly have never been busier then I am these days--work, Nurture PP, 3 kids, bat mitzvah, swim meets, Nutcracker--on and on it goes--all such a blessing, but wow! We started Hanukah last night--just the 5 of us and it was so lovely. A frigid day outside, but cozy, warm, and festive inside. Hersh got elected Gadol of Einstein AZA, Lu is bat mitzvah and nutcracker ready, and Sender is thriving. Tomorrow evening I will take the big kids to Jingle Ball, then the Nutcracker will begin, and Hersh will head to Israel. We'll sneak in a night of Phish, all before the main event--Lu's Bat Mitzvah! What a wild ride!

Thanksgiving in the Rock!
We've just returned from a wonderful Thanksgiving week in the Rock. Jacob and I harnessed our power and hosted hosted hosted. The giant airbnb (which was very difficult to find in the dark and only half way finished) served the extended family quite well, and even came with our own giant dog, whom we lovingly named, Chizkuni. We hiked Pinnacle, completed the Turkey Trot, loved the Tree Farm, saw Wicked, walked over the BDB, had Sonic, drove around a parking lot, and just enjoyed lots of time together. Arkansas is what "going home" feels like for us, and we are so grateful to always return. When we drove by 7316 Sender commented he wished things didnt have to change...and the big kids surely feel very sad as well....as do Jacob and I. Alas, we will always head to the south to be together. Rich and Bamom would be pleased xoxo
