Thanksgiving and the Nutcracker!

 What a magical Thanksgiving weekend!  The days were filled with family, food, love, and our lady Lu as Party Boy #4 in the KC/Ballet West Nutcracker!  Our home was filled with the people we love most---and we kvelled all day long at the poise, dedication, and commitment of Lu.  Although she was tired from 7 back to back performances, she rocked it and I am in awe of her.  The boys both enjoyed lots of cousin time with endless game playing and more dessert then you could hope for.  We're almost done cleaning up the house, and we are both releived and saddened that our Nutcracker season is over.

Almost Thanksgiving!

 I'm not sure how, but it's almost Thanksgiving!  The past weeks have been full---end of soccer and ultimate, lots of Nutcracker action, and a trip to NY.  We were able to properly honor Sharnt with an unveiling that would've made her proud.  We also had a fabulous family NYC day.  Jacob and I attended 4 hours worth of P/T conferences--so many rave reviews of our sweeties!   Now onto Thanksgiving season, with so many hours of family and Nutcrakcer ahead!
